I’m Cait, the artist and silversmith behind Silver Marsh Jewelry. I earned my BFA in Jewelry and Silversmithing from SCAD, where I built a foundation in traditional metalworking and fabrication techniques.
Silver Marsh Jewelry was born from a deep connection to the Lowcountry — where salt air, shifting tides, and quiet marsh grasses shape both the landscape and the creative process. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and hand-forged in a one-woman studio.
Now based on the South Carolina coast, my work is heavily influenced by the natural textures of the marsh — the way light moves across water, the organic forms of shells, and the subtle details shaped by tide and time.
Each piece is entirely hand-forged in sterling silver in my studio. From sawing and forming to soldering and finishing, every step is done by hand — no mass production, no shortcuts.
